Even though Veekee James’ wedding was widely covered by the media a month ago, the designer is obviously not done sharing the specifics of her big day, as she recently shared on Instagram about how she designed her wedding dress.

Veekee James explained in the video that she had to travel to Turkey to obtain the fabric for her wedding gown. She went into great detail about the changes she made to the dress before it was exactly right. 

When he called to see how she was doing while she was in Turkey, her husband Femi also made an appearance in the video.

Veekee James’ wedding experience was extensively documented and posted online, to the point where some internet users became agitated and called her out for revealing everything.

Veekee James continued to post about her wedding despite these claims, even on her honeymoon, when she was ridiculed online for showing up to the beach in a corset.

Veekee James experienced significant obstacles despite the attention that helped her become more well-known, as a video of her provocatively dancing went viral. 

She has even released gospel music and spoken candidly about her journey of conversion to Christianity. Though she chose not to address it, the controversy around the leaked film damaged the impeccable reputation she has built over the years.
