A protracted antagonism has existed between Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele, two screen goddesses who have dominated the television screen for years and continue to do so. Both films, ‘Omo Ghetto the Saga’ and ‘Ghost and the Tout Too’ were scheduled for theatrical release on September 10, 2021.

Additionally, Toyin attended the premiere of Funke Akindele’s film, dispelling further rumors of animosity between the box office queens.
Toyin wrote an open letter to Funke last week in which he lamented the needless dispute between the two women and congratulated her on reaching the one billion dollar mark in the film industry. As a response to the post, Funke extended his best wishes to Toyin.
