She claimed that she completed her degree early in order to pursue a music career; her mother had instructed her to do so prior to that, and she desired to become a teenage pop sensation, I was accepted to a university at the age 14. Ayra Starr stated

In a recent interview with the American media behemoth Billboard News, she revealed this information.

Starr recalled: “At the age of 14, I was accepted to college.” It seems as though my mother has been stopping me from music ever since I was a child.

She stated, “If you wish to pursue a career in music, you must do this.” I initially declined her proposal that we move from Benin Republic to Lagos; however, she persuaded me that Lagos is the epicenter of music.

“She insisted that I complete my secondary education prior to pursuing a career in music.” A significant proportion of the population in Nigeria complete secondary education between the ages of 15 and 16.

I was accepted to a university at the age 14. Ayra Starr stated

I realized I would be unable to achieve adolescent pop star status if I waited until I completed secondary education at the age of 15. I was accepted to a university at the age 14. Ayra star stated.

Additionally, I aspired to be an adolescent pop star. Thus, I accompanied my older brother in taking the JAMB, or SAT as it is known in this country.
