According to the most recent report, A Tr!be Called Judah has amassed more than N1.4 billion in revenue in recent months and has undoubtedly become a fan favorite.
Film One conveyed the good news and thanked West Africans and Nigerians for their support in propelling the film to the top of the charts.
This occurred shortly after she set a streaming record in the United Kingdom a few days prior, amassing £80,000 (eighty thousand pounds) in just four weeks.
Film One, which disseminated the information via its website, praised Funke Akindele for her unwavering determination and referred to her as a “big baller.”
It comes as no surprise to many that her film established a box office record in Nigeria by grossing more than one billion naira in the country within four weeks of its release.
One billion, sixty million, seven hundred and eleven thousand, four hundred and ninety-one was the staggering earnings of Funke Akindele.
The three highest-grossing Nollywood films of all time are A Tr!be Called Judah, Battle On Buka Street, and Omo Ghetto The Saga, all of which were directed by Funke Akindele.
At her event commemorating her momentous accomplishment, the award-winning actress was presented with a brand-new automobile.
Funke thanked her supporters on Instagram while sharing photographs from the award ceremony; she dedicated the honor to them and her family and friends. Following this, the actor prayed for God’s blessing.
