Stanley Ontop, a crew member of the deceased actor, stated in a live Instagram session that the actor was hurried from the mortuary to the riverside for ritual cleansing after being resuscitated.
He stated that the hospital to which Junior Pope was rushed lacked an oxygen supply for his immediate care, and the physician pronounced him deceased.
Confirming Pope’s death, he wrote in an Instagram post, “JNR Pope is finally gone.”
