Chief Priest is fired by Wizkid after he demands an apology for Davido. Chief Priest, a Nigerian celebrity barman, has demanded an apology on behalf of his close companion David Adeleke, also known as Davido, in regard to his dispute with Ayodeji Balogun, also known as Wizkid.
Since the start of this week, the internet has been in disarray due to controversial remarks by Wizkid that displeased Davido’s supporters. Since then, the two music icons have been at odds with one another. Their individual supporters further combusted the already raging controversy through insults and derogatory language.

Chief Priest demanded an immediate apology from Wizkid to Davido via his X page. Wizkid replied that he should step aside and seat down, at which point a fan made fun of Chief Priest by remarking that his weight could potentially damage a chair.
Recall that the EFCC arraigned the Chief Priest in the middle of this month on charges including Naira mutilation. Channels Television reports indicated that the EFCC charged the businessman with three counts of violating the Central Bank Act of 2007 by sprinkling and tampering with naira at a social event.
Pascal pleaded not guilty to the charge of naira abuse when he appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos, on Wednesday morning, April 17th, 2024. Chief Priest is fired by Wizkid after he demands an apology for Davido.
This morning, during his arraignment in court, his attorney, Chukwusolo Onukwi, opposed the EFCC charges brought against him. Additionally, he submitted a parole application, which the judge has approved. Bail was posted in the amount of ten million naira plus a fine.
