When a suspect is lawfully apprehended, there are typically restrictions on the number of days he can be detained. Oyewale declared. We are therefore merely abiding by the law.
He has been extended administrative parole. He is in violation of the parole conditions. Upon fulfilling the parole conditions today, he will be permitted to return home.
