BBNaija Season 9, the show’s organizers have announced substantial rule adjustments, such as the suspension of the Custodian Challenge and the HOH ballot.
During the live program on Sunday, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu disclosed these developments. In an effort to spice up the season, the Custodian Challenge and Head of House (HOH) ballot were initially implemented.
Custodians were exempt from eviction and possessed the authority to influence the HOH ballot and evictions. Nevertheless, these capabilities have been eliminated. The role of Head of House has been reinstated to include Immunity in response to these changes.

However, the HOH has been stripped of the “save and replace” authority that was previously granted to them. Furthermore, the housemates will forfeit their ability to vote on the eviction of the bottom four pairings.
Housemates are now accountable for nominating pairings for eviction under the revised regulations. Viewer votes will determine the ultimate decision regarding which pairs are eliminated.
