Cross tried to patch things up with Ilebaye following a miscommunication on Big Brother Naija All Stars, but Ilebaye turned him down.
On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, following their daily assignment, the pair attempted to resolve the ongoing miscommunications they had been experiencing for the past few weeks. Ilebaye, though, persisted in her insistence that they should put their miscommunications behind them and concentrate on the game.
In her words, “Forget about the friendship, if you want to work things out, work things after the house. See this one is 120 m o”,
By putting her forward for eviction last week and acting strangely following, she further demonstrated that she and Cross were no longer friends.

Cross argued that he had changed his attitude toward her and that he was still in love with Kimoprah. He claims that when he falls in love, he gives that person all of his attention, which is exactly what happened when Kimoprah entered the home.
Ilebaye claimed that although she thought Cross was in love with her, he abruptly moved on to Kimoprah as soon as she entered the home.
Everyone has been able to witness the events of their relationship at the All Stars mansion. At last week’s pool party, they had gone from enjoying sultry moments to bickering. Ilebaye replaced Cross as Head of House this week, which is another factor. Ultimately, Ilebaye emerged victorious in the ultimate HOH game, while Cross secured his spot during the ultimate shopping binge, securing their place as finals.
However, it remains to be seen which of them actually meets Ilebaye’s new request that they each confront the ₦120 million target.
