Davido Adeleke, best known by his stage name Davido, has unfollowed billionaire businessman Femi Otedola and his daughter DJ Cuppy on Instagram.
Additionally, Davido erased and unpinned posts regarding his forthcoming music festival.
This comes days after the billionaire businessman and his family celebrated his birthday aboard a yacht, while Davido, a family friend, lamented the loss of his first child.
Bigbrothergisthub News reported the death of Davido’s kid, Ifeanyi.
“The boy was in the water for too long, and they took him to the hospital,” a source close to the family said on condition of anonymity before the release of an official statement.
He was transported to the Lekki Evercare Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
His parents, Davido and Chioma, had gone to Ibadan yesterday for a family reunion and had left Ifeanyi with his minders, who cannot explain how he entered the pool unnoticed and drowned.
Before Ifeanyi’s death, Davido was observed earlier today teaching him how to swim.
Videos circulating on social media showed the Electricity singer and Ifeanyi swimming in the mansion’s large pool.
Davido carried the three-year-old youngster and instructed him to move his legs in the water while carrying him.
Ifeanyi continued to flap his legs while being carried around the pool by a famous musician.
A check of his Instagram page reveals that he has unfollowed Femi Otedola and DJ Cuppy.
Additionally, he erased and unpinned posts regarding his forthcoming music festival.

One of the commenters queried why he would be celebrating his birthday on water, knowing well that Davido lost his first son by drowning.
Identified as Fair pantherlol, he wrote, “As he is richer than David nobody is gonna say how dare you celebrate your birthday on water when Ifeanyi died inside water
Another user identified as Sweetlikecupcake wrote, “Where are those people saying people shouldn’t move on because Ifeanyi is dead. Oya food is ready”
