The Nigerian version of the Big Brother franchise, Big Brother Naija, is one of the most popular reality shows in Africa with a track record spanning seven years and counting.
The show pits participants against one another for a massive financial reward in an isolated mansion for 70 to 90 days, very similar to the franchise. Every week, at least one housemate is kicked out, bringing the show to its conclusion.
Big Brother Naija has attracted tens of thousands of young people each year between the ages of 21 and 35 since it debuted in 2006.

Laycon, whose real name is Olamilekan Massoud Al-Khalifah Agbeleshebioba, is a well-known Nigerian rapper, media personality, singer, and songwriter. Laycon was born in Lagos State, Nigeria, on November 8, 1993. He was born and raised in Baluwen, Odeda, Ogun State.
Laycon received a record 60% of all votes cast and was awarded the main prize of 85 million in 2020, making him the Big Brother Naija: Lockdown winner.

Whitemoney, also known as Hazel Oyeze Onou, was raised in Kaduna State but was born on July 6, 1992, in Enugu State, Nigeria.
Whitemoney is a reality TV celebrity and a singer from Nigeria. On July 24, 2021, he became the fifth competitor in the sixth season of Big Brother Naija. the third of October 2021.
He was named the victor of the Shine Ya Eye episode of Big Brother Naija season 6.
